Printing Sales Documents and Reports

The range of ways you can print Sales documents in AIQ.

Introduction

There are various options throughout the system for printing Sales Documents and Reports.


There is also a variety of options for printed output formats including Word, PDF, etc.


Printing is a two-step process whereby the printed output is first produced electronically in the requested format, which is then available for review on-screen, before emailing or saving.

Printing Transactions

The Print Option is available at the conclusion of most transaction-based Documents in the Save dropdown.

Printing from the grid

The Print Column:

You can print/re-print an Invoice or transaction document from the listing screen by clicking the Print dropdown.

Actions:

In the listing grid, you can also select Print from the Actions dropdown.

Balance

In the listing grid, click the relevant balance to open the most recent transactions.



Under the Actions dropdown, select Print.


In the transactions screen, click the Ref to open the Transaction Details, where you can click Reprint.

Printing from the Transaction Browser

In the Transaction Browser, select Print from the Action dropdown.

In the Customer Master Records select Print from the Actions dropdown.

Printing from the Report Manager

You can print sales reports and documents from Reports > Reports ManagerPrint.
