Introduction
There are various options throughout the system for printing Sales Documents and Reports to a variety of formats including Word, PDF, etc.
Printing is a two-step process whereby the printed output is first produced electronically in the requested format, which is then available for review on-screen, before printing.
Print from the Customer Master Record
- Go to AR > Customers and open the relevant customer record.
- In the Customer Master Records select View from the Actions dropdown and print the selected document.
Print from Sales Transactions screen
- Go to AR and select the relevant listing grid. Quotes, Orders, Invoices, and Receipts & Allocations can all be printed from their transaction screens.
- The Print Option is available in these sales transactions screens in the Save dropdown.
Print from the Sales Listing Grids
Listing Grid
- Go to AR and select the relevant listing grid, Quotes, Orders, Item Invoices, or Batch Invoices.
- You can print an Invoice or transaction document from the listing screen by clicking on the Print dropdown.
Customer Transactions
- This option is available in the Customer and Batch Invoices listing grid.
- In the Customers listing grid, click the relevant Balance to open the customer's transactions.
- In the Batch Invoices listing grid, click the relevant Amount to open thecustomer's transactions.
- In the Customer Transactions screen, select Print from the Actions dropdown.
- Further drilldown by clicking on the Ref to open the Transaction Details screen, where you have the option to Reprint or Reprint Batch.
Print from the Transaction Browser
- Go to GL > Transaction Browser.
- In the Transaction Browser, select Print from the Action dropdown.
- Further drilldown by clicking on the Ref to open the Transaction Details screen, where you have the option to Reprint or Reprint Batch.
Print from the Report Manager
- Go to Reports > Reports Manager > Print.
- After selecting the report type, click on Print.
