Accessing Support and Services via Help Hub

Using Help Hub to raise and view tickets, access help, and services.

Introduction

With Help Hub you can do the following directly in the AIQ system:

  • Access Help and Support via videos, help articles, and raising a ticket. Additionally view our Roadmap.
  • Access services (plans only).
  • Access or request access to the learning academy
  • Leave Feedback.
     

Info: Availability

Help Hub only supports customers on AIQ1, AIQ2, and AIQ3 pricing plans. It is not currently available to partners. If you are a partner, see Accessing Support (Non-Help Hub users).‍ 

Note that if you are not on a plan, Services will not be available to you.

Help and Support

  1. Click on the ? icon: 
     
  2. Select Help and Support.
  3. You can access links to the following:
    • FAQs: Find solutions to the most common inquiries.
    • Help Articles: Access our comprehensive knowledge base.
    • Video Help: Access our academy's videos on YouTube.
    • What's New: Learn about our newest releases.
    • Roadmap: Get an overview of our completed features in one place and view whats in the works.
    • Request Support: Raise a ticket with us via Salesforce by completing the Contact Support form. 
 
 

Services

The Services available to you are dependent on your price plan.

  3. You can access request forms for the following:
 
 

Academy

  1. Click on the ? icon:  
  2. Select Academy.
  3. You can access links to the following:
    • Contact Us To Sign Up: Email us and we can add you to the academy.
    • Access Academy: Access the academy with your work email and password.
