With Help Hub you can do the following directly in the AIQ system:
- Access Help and Support via videos, help articles, and raising a ticket. Additionally view our Roadmap.
- Access services (plans only).
- Access or request access to the learning academy
- Leave Feedback.
Info: Availability
Help Hub only supports customers on AIQ1, AIQ2, and AIQ3 pricing plans. It is not currently available to partners. If you are a partner, see Accessing Support (Non-Help Hub users).
Note that if you are not on a plan, Services will not be available to you.

The Services available to you are dependent on your price plan.
- Click on the ? icon:
- Select Services.
- You can access request forms for the following:
- Integration Queries: Request integrations from our team. See Creating an Integrations Application and Inviting a Developer to the Developer Portal for more details.
- Adopt a Feature: Send a request for a new feature.
- Add Entity: Have our team add an entity for you.
- Instructor Led Training: Get training from our team.
- Talk with your CSM: Discuss any options with your customer success manager.
Academy
- Click on the ? icon:
- Select Academy.
- You can access links to the following:
- Contact Us To Sign Up: Email us and we can add you to the academy.

Access Academy: Access the academy with your work email and password.
